We rely on scientifically grounded insights in the areas of microbiome, fermentation, food safety, and sustainable nutrition. Our research is based on a holistic approach and is supported by an interdisciplinary team. We collaborate with research institutions and continuously expand our knowledge – evidence-based, transparent, and practice-oriented..

Our training and further education programs are interactive, targeted, and practical – either on-site or online through our E-Academy. Whether it's fermentation, healthy nutrition, microbiome, or natural preservation – we offer tailored courses for beginners and advanced learners. GoPositive! – The CO₂ Diploma

Our free educational program GoPositive! introduces children and young people to the world of "good" microorganisms. Through playful, interactive methods, they learn about the connection between nutrition, health, and the environment. The program is ideal for schools and childcare facilities and also addresses food waste and climate protection. Join in! Become an environmental hero: Your teacher can easily register the class and book an exciting activity – with or without our support. Each activity earns points for your class, and you can playfully climb the CO₂ diploma levels: Pioneer, Master, and Influencer.
