For some time now, it has been known that microorganisms inhabit every corner of the planet (Earth, oceans, air) and also happily live in symbiosis with the human organism..
The tendency to paint all microorganisms with the same brush and indiscriminately combat them as harmful is long outdated. In fact, fewer than a hundred types of bacteria cause infectious diseases in humans, while countless others prove to be useful and indispensable for our health and for our environment.

Microtarians' Diet

Inclusive nutrition with a focus on vitality and micronutrients
Many people make the mistake of focusing on certain nutrients in a healthy diet while excluding others (e.g., low carb, fat-free, sugar-free). However, it has been scientifically proven that such diets without a medical basis can cause dysbiosis (an imbalance of gut flora). Stress and medications exacerbate this effect, which can have serious consequences for health..
Institutions like the FAO point to the global negative impacts of this dysbiosis. The focus is shifting from undernutrition to poor nutrition and the associated problems such as micronutrient deficiencies, allergies, diabetes, and obesity.
This is where the microtarian diet comes in!
This diet is not exclusive, but inclusive: it does not prohibit any foods, but rather offsets their possible negative effects through the daily consumption of fermented foods. These are rich in pre- and probiotics, fiber, and vitamins, support health and relieve the immune system. This way:
- the immune system strengthened,
- improves digestion and nutrient absorption,
- Fat is eliminated faster and weight loss is made easier,
- reduces susceptibility to allergies,
- Inflammations alleviated,
